The Colombian federal government will resume peace talks with the National Freedom Army (ELN) guerrilla group, according to a declaration released by Casa de Nari?o.
President Juan Manuel Santos said that he currently instructed the head of the working out group, Gustavo Bell, to travel to Quito, Ecuador, to resume talks.
